There\u2019s no need to spend hours practicing each day. You can start with just five or ten minutes a day If that\u2019s all the time you can find. There is nothing wrong with sticking to those short meditation sessions.<\/p>\n<p>You will benefit from it no matter how little time you spend on it, provided you make it a daily habit.<\/p>\n<p>The point is that there are so many different ways to meditate and all of them will benefit your body and your mind.
