When you slow down you make it easier to listen to your body\u2019s hunger cues.<\/p>\n<p>Simply put, this will help you eat more mindfully and exercise better portion control.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Halve it and take the rest home<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Most restaurant portions in the U.S. are HUGE. Turning one meal into two meals means you don\u2019t leave lunch with your friends feeling bloated and uncomfortable.<\/p>\n<p>You simplify portion control. It\u2019s clear cut how much you plan on eating. Plus, you save money by turning a single meal into two.
