You have to act now, fast, quick and in a hurry to prevent having to live with diabetes.\u00a0 Once you are diabetic, you can only control it.\u00a0 There is no cure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-700 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marieparkeronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/changes-1.png?resize=300%2C212&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marieparkeronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/changes-1.png?resize=300%2C212&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marieparkeronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/changes-1.png?resize=768%2C543&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marieparkeronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/changes-1.png?resize=1024%2C724&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marieparkeronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/changes-1.png?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Bottom line, don&#8217;t let pre-diabetes developing into type 2 diabetes<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Pre-diabetes<\/strong> means you probably have higher than normal blood sugar levels but, fortunately, <strong>not high enough<\/strong> to be classed as being diabetic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pre-diabetes does mean that you are <strong>susceptible<\/strong> to developing type 2 diabetes and heart disease if you do nothing about it. Learn more about pre-diabetes and what you can do.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unfortunately, more often than not, there are no physical symptoms to warn you if you are in a pre-diabetes stage.
